Come2Borneo is a registered Indonesian company comprised of a dedicated team of travel professionals, committed to orchestrating every detail of your journey. We take pride in offering tours that boast a remarkable success rate of 99.9%. Our collaboration with accredited guides and the endorsements from the Association of Guides, as well as our previous guests, underpin our commitment to excellence.
By choosing to book a tour with us, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms are applicable to all individuals and entities that book tours through Come2Borneo.
Our primary objective is to provide you with an extraordinary travel experience through our thoughtfully designed tours. To facilitate a seamless and enjoyable booking process, we have articulated these terms and conditions, which delineate the rights and responsibilities of both parties involved in the tour reservation process.
We kindly request that you carefully peruse and fully comprehend these terms and conditions before confirming your tour booking. Should you have any questions or require further clarification, we are readily available to assist you. Your booking with Come2Borneo signifies your unequivocal acceptance of these terms and conditions, and you willingly bind yourself to them.
1. Pricing
- Validity Period: All prices listed herein are valid from January 1, 2022, through December 31, 2023.
- Net and Non-Commissionable: Our prices are net and non-commissionable, except for series groups where rates may be negotiable.
- Exclusions: Please note that the listed prices do not include:
- Insurance
- Extra luggage fees
- Visa and vaccination costs
- Personal expenses (e.g., laundry, telephone, drinks, room service, tips, etc.)
- Any other expenses explicitly identified as exclusive in the tour description.
- Price Adjustments: Tour prices may be subject to change due to fluctuations in the following factors, unless the tour has already been confirmed to the client by Come2Borneo:

2. Payment Settlement
- Down Payment: A down payment amounting to 50% of the total tour cost is required for reservation. This payment must be completed within 7 days following the confirmation of your trip.
- Final Payment: The final payment, constituting the remaining 50% of the total tour cost, is due 20 days prior to the commencement of your trip, unless an alternative arrangement has been mutually agreed upon.
- Special Requests: In the case of special requests or customized itineraries, special payment conditions may apply. Such conditions will be communicated clearly and agreed upon in advance.

3. Liability and Tour Modifications
- Accuracy and Expectations: Come2Borneo is committed to providing tours that reasonably align with the descriptions presented on our website and meet the expectations of our customers.
- Safety First: In prioritizing the safety and well-being of our clients, we reserve the right to cancel a tour if prevailing conditions or situations, such as civil unrest, riots, landslides, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances, pose a risk to the safety of our travelers.
- Tour Cancellation: In the event of a tour cancellation due to safety concerns, we will make every effort to reach an agreement with the client. This agreement will be supported by written statements from both parties.
- Program Adjustments: If an agreement is reached to modify the tour program, we will make necessary adjustments to the itinerary. These changes will be made in consultation with the client to ensure the best possible alternative experience.
- Unreachable Agreement: In cases where an agreement cannot be reached with the client regarding tour modifications, Come2Borneo reserves the right to charge for the portion of the service that has been provided up to that point.
Our utmost priority is the safety, satisfaction, and enjoyment of our clients during their travel experiences. We appreciate your understanding of our commitment to providing a secure and enjoyable adventure.
4. Reservations Orders:
- Booking Process: All reservation orders must be submitted in writing via email to ensure accuracy and clarity. These reservation orders should include the following essential details:
- Confirmed itinerary
- Date of arrival and departure
- Flight details (if applicable)
- Type of facility or services required
- The number of persons in the booking
- Rooming list (for group bookings)
- Timely Reservations: We recommend making reservations as early as possible to secure your preferred dates and services. Please note that earlier reservations will be processed and confirmed on a priority basis.
Your cooperation in providing complete and accurate reservation information is greatly appreciated and helps us ensure a seamless and enjoyable travel experience for you.
5. Confirmation and Alternative Facilities
- Confirmation Process: Come2Borneo will promptly send booking confirmations as soon as we receive confirmation from our network of suppliers, including hotels, restaurants, and other service providers.
- Flexible Solutions: In cases where specific services requested by clients cannot be confirmed due to unforeseen circumstances, Come2Borneo is committed to providing alternative facilities and solutions to ensure the best possible travel experience.
We strive to ensure that your travel plans are seamless and enjoyable. If any aspect of your booking requires adjustments, rest assured that we will work diligently to find suitable alternatives.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation Requests: All requests to cancel a service must be submitted in writing via letter, email, or fax. In the event that there is no response from Come2Borneo within 24 hours after sending the cancellation request, the customer is encouraged to re-send the cancellation for confirmation.
- Reimbursement Timeline: Reimbursements for cancellations will be processed within 30 days from the date Come2Borneo receives the cancellation notification.
- Cancellation Charges:
- Cancellation made 30 days or more before the scheduled departure date will incur a charge of 20% of the total booking amount.
- Cancellation made between 29 and 10 days before the scheduled departure date will incur a charge of 50% of the total booking amount.
- Cancellation made between 9 and 6 days before the scheduled departure date will incur a charge of 75% of the total booking amount.
- Cancellation made 5 days or less before the scheduled departure date will incur a charge of 100% of the total booking amount.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need for cancellations. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent, taking into account the operational arrangements made on your behalf.
7. Inclusions and Exclusions
For detailed information on inclusions and exclusions related to your booked trip, please refer to the specific trip itinerary and terms associated with your reservation.
8. Children
- Children Ages 0 to 2: Children in this age range who share a bed and meals with their parents are eligible for complimentary accommodations and dining.
- Children Ages 3 to 8: For children aged 3 to 8 who share a bed with their parents, a 50% discount will be applied to their accommodation charges.
